Vote YES for Fair Elections

Free and fair elections are under threat.

Across the country, Donald Trump and MAGA-controlled legislatures are pushing unprecedented mid-decade congressional redistricting efforts to tilt the balance of power in Washington. If Virginia does nothing, we risk allowing our voice to be diminished while other states stack the deck.

That’s why we are fighting for a temporary, emergency constitutional amendment to protect fair representation for the Commonwealth ahead of the 2026 elections.

This amendment is not a permanent change to Virginia’s redistricting system. It is a time-limited exception that ensures Virginia voters, not politicians, have the final say. Proposed congressional maps will be transparent and publicly available before any vote, and after the 2030 census, Virginia’s bipartisan redistricting process will automatically resume.

We did not seek this moment, but we must meet it.

Virginians deserve fair elections, a level playing field, and a voice in determining who represents them in Washington. This amendment ensures fairness, transparency, and voter control when it matters most.
